The police have just announced that the vehicle involved in the
deaths of four Rhyl cyclists had three defective tyres. This
announcement came 26 weeks after the crash, which was immediately
described as not involving any driver error.

Dangerous Driving' (Section 1) do not address the heart of the
problem.
The increase in sentence applies to few cases only, while the
majority of road deaths will continue to be treated as irrelevant
