CPS Consultation on bad driving
CPS Consultation on prosecuting bad driving

but not exclusive, to cases involving deaths
It is important to note that the CPS consultation does not
consider whether new offences should be created or the nature of
sentences for offences. These have been decided in the Road Safety
Act 2006. However, there are areas whe...more

still excluded from the basic provision of service obligations by
agencies such as the police, Crown Prosecution Service or
courts.
RoadPeace protested to the Home Office when the first draft of
the code excluded all bereaved and injured road crash victims and

adopted GDL and benefited, our children still leap from the
cocooned safety of accompanied driving to being allowed to drive at
night and with friends, despite extensive research showing these to
be high risk activities for no...more
